Data and use

The app stores notes, extracted document text and metadata, news reports and operational records locally. Public news is summarised locally without private notes or documents.

Google permissions are limited to sending email and basic account identity (gmail.send, openid, userinfo.email). The email address and verification status confirm the sender. Authorization credentials enable sending. The app cannot read the inbox or contacts with these permissions.

Sharing and protection

After the user reviews and approves an email, Google processes its subject, body and sender/recipient addresses; email providers and recipients receive the message. Public news collection contacts publishers. Google data is not shared with external AI services, sold, used for advertising or used to train general AI models.

Google data use and transfer follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Stored credentials are encrypted for the local user; other local records are not necessarily encrypted by the app.

Retention and deletion

Local data, credentials and logs remain until removed. Request deletion or support at 99monet99@gmail.com. Backups may need separate removal. Revoke Google access at any time; this does not delete local data or copies of sent emails.

Website

This site adds no analytics or application cookies. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and browser information to host and protect it; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
